There is no part of the job that is too big or small for Arizona Luxury Real Estate. When preparing our home for sale, there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention and we lived 30 miles away, making it difficult for us to be there. Perry made sure they were taken care of promptly and properly. At the walk-though for our new home, there were punch list items that were not addressed. The builder was pressing us to close and address them later. Perry advised us to hold back until everything was done, even though it meant his commission would be delayed.
